Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Qualified Expert working with both younger kids and working professionals (domestic). The role involves planning and delivering structured phonics and public speaking sessions, adapting content to suit different age groups and learning needs. The professional will design engaging lesson plans, conduct live online classes, and provide regular feedback to learners and guardians or stakeholders.

Responsibilities include creating age-appropriate learning materials, assessing progress, maintaining learner records, and collaborating with the academic team to continually improve content and teaching methods. The role also requires maintaining a supportive,



inclusive learning environment and participating in training and curriculum development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, language development, and literacy skills for younger learners.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking coaching, presentation skills, and communication skills training for adults and children.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging online lessons, with proficiency in digital teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with clear diction, confident delivery, and the ability to model effective communication.
- Relevant academic background in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; formal teacher training or certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience teaching or training in school, coaching, or corporate environments, preferably in phonics, speech, or communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse learners across age groups in a gender-neutral, inclusive manner.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working full time in a remote setup, with reliable internet connectivity and a professional workspace.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, curriculum enhancement, and educational innovation initiatives.
