The Manager PHE (Design) will be responsible for planning, designing, and reviewing plumbing, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems for construction projects. The role ensures compliance with statutory codes, sustainability standards, and seamless integration of PHE systems into overall project designs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Diploma
- 15–18 years of experience in PHE design within the construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
- Experience in design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.).
- Prepare and review designs, drawings, and specifications for plumbing, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, IS standards, NBC, and local regulations.
- Incorporate sustainability and efficiency measures (water conservation, recycling, rainwater harvesting).
- Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to integrate PHE systems into overall building design.
