Responsibilities

- Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures with precision and care.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and proper labeling of samples.
- Maintain strict adherence to laboratory safety and infection control protocols.
- Conduct routine tests and special tests in biochemistry, hematology, and pathology.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of test results.
- Accurately enter and report data in laboratory information systems.
- Manage and handle samples in accordance with established guidelines to prevent contamination.
- Provide excellent patient care and maintain a qualified demeanor during specimen collection.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely reporting.
