Conduct regular training sessions for phlebotomists across the assigned zone

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and best practices
- Provide on-ground coaching and performance feedback to phlebotomy staff
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Conduct field audits and operational assessments of phlebotomy processes
- Identify skill gaps and implement corrective training measures
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution of training activities
- Maintain training records, audit reports, and performance trackers

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics, training phlebotomy experience.

- Educational Qualification: DMLT / BMLT mandatory.
- Prior teaching/training experience is required, preferably in phlebotomy or diagnostic operations.
- Strong knowledge of phlebotomy procedures, sample collection, and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tests, test parameters, and sample requirements.



Good understanding of phlebotomy SOPs and diagnostic operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor phlebotomists effectively.
- Comfortable with extensive travelling and field audit activities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ability to maintain training, audit, and performance data.
- Ability to prepare training reports, audit trackers, and performance records.
- Additional Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to maintain training and audit data efficiently.
- Hands-on experience in data management and reporting through Excel.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic tests and sample collection procedures.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
