– Telecaller (Banking Cash Operations)

Position: Telecaller

Location: Sion East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking and cash-related queries.
- Communicate with customers regarding cash transactions, cash-related requests, and operational queries.
- Coordinate with the concerned banking/operations team for resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain proper records of calls, requests, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely follow-up and provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer communication professionally and maintain service quality.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, banking operations, or a similar role.
- Candidates with calling experience will be preferred.
- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking processes and cash transactions.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in an third-party payroll setup.
- Location: Candidate should be comfortable commuting to Sion East, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
