Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications and organizing inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their queries and guiding them in purchasing over-the-counter medications.
- Ensure the pharmacy is well-maintained, clean, and organized for productive workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical stock, orders, and medicine expiration dates.
- Handle cash registers, process transactions, and manage billing efficiently.
- Support pharmacists in preparing and labeling medication under supervision.
- Assist with the management of pharmaceutical supplies and stock levels.
- Adhere to all pharmacy protocols, including confidentiality and safety regulations.
