Responsibilities

- Dispense medications accurately as prescribed by the clinic's psychiatrists and consulting doctors.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and stock of all medicines in compliance with applicable pharmacy

regulations.
- Manage pharmacy inventory — track stock levels and expiry dates, and coordinate reordering with

suppliers.
- Maintain accurate dispensing and sales records in line with statutory recordkeeping requirements.
- Learn and use the pharmacy module of Doctor 24/7 — the practice-management software used by the

clinic — for billing and inventory; training will be provided.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, and precautions as appropriate.
- Coordinate with clinicians on medication availability and flag any supply issues promptly.
- Handle pharmacy billing and maintain accurate daily sales/expense records.
- Proactively reach out to nearby psychiatrists to introduce Synapse's in-house pharmacy and share contact

details, building an ongoing referral pipeline for their patients' medication needs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient prescription information, in line with medical ethics and dataprivacy standards.




- Keep the pharmacy area clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Pharm or D.Pharm, currently registered with the Telangana State Pharmacy Council (TSPC).
- 2–4 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
- Familiarity with pharmacy billing/inventory software is an advantage; training on the clinic's system

(Doctor 24/7) will be provided to the selected candidate.
- Comfortable with outward-facing outreach — visiting or calling nearby psychiatrists to build referral

relationships.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing.
