Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate adverse drug reactions and report findings to relevant authorities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of drug safety profiles and risk management plans.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure proper documentation and communication of drug-related issues.
- Provide emergency support and clinical documentation as needed within the pharmacovigilance framework.
- Develop and maintain a database of pharmacovigilance activities for analysis and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in the training and development of healthcare professionals on drug safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with national and international pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic safety update reports and other regulatory submissions.
