We are looking to develop a strong PCD Pharma team by onboarding self-motivated and result-oriented professionals who can independently manage PCD pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building distributor networks, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products under the PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) model.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, doctors, chemists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product-related information.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional strategies and effective product positioning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable industry regulations.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCD Pharma Sales or Marketing.
- Robust understanding of pharmaceutical products and the PCD business model.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)
