About the Role

Blue Ladder Realty is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with strong experience in real estate, especially Gurgaon projects and high-ticket properties up to ₹10 Cr.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta & Google Ads

Manage high-budget performance marketing campaigns

Generate high-quality leads for premium real estate projects

Track CPL, conversions, ROI and overall campaign performance

Develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversions

Manage and optimize website performance and landing pages

Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility





Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and business goals

Requirements

Proven experience in Real Estate Performance Marketing

Must have handled Gurgaon real estate projects

Experience with high-budget campaigns

Experience marketing high-ticket properties up to ₹10 Cr

Solid knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

Positive understanding of SEO, website management & landing pages

Strong analytical and performance-driven approach

Immediate Joiner preferred
