Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions for Vintage Vista’s real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, campaign setup, bid and budget management, ad copy testing, and monitoring performance across search and display networks.

The specialist will analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals. The role also involves ongoing experimentation,



identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret campaign performance and guide optimization decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and present insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Performance Management and Performance Testing to manage, evaluate, and improve Google Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related performance marketing tools is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in lead generation or conversion-focused campaigns, ideally in real estate or similar industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
