Department: Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer / Ads Manager who can plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our clients across Meta and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Set up campaigns, audiences, pixels, events and conversion tracking
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and overall performance
- Conduct audience, competitor and creative research
- A/B test creatives, audiences, placements and campaign strategies
- Work closely with the content and social media team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithms and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of marketing funnels, retargeting and audience segmentation
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience with Google Ads will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidates with hands-on experience managing ad budgets and generating measurable leads/conversions for businesses will be preferred.
