Responsibilities
- Run Google Ads: Search, Display, Retargeting
- Run Meta Ads: Facebook + Instagram
- Content scheduling for Meta (we provide creatives)
- Install and manage tracking: pixels, events, GTM, conversions
- Weekly reporting with KPIs
- Generate consistent leads / sales
- Optimize campaigns daily — no excuses
Requirements
- 3+ years running Google + Meta ads
- Hands-on experience managing
- Must show previous results (screenshots of campaigns)
- Solid English
- Must NOT be someone who only posts content or gives website suggestions
- Must understand funnels, audiences, retargeting
KPIs
- 1–3 qualified leads per week
- 1 sale per week (depending on product category)
- Cost per lead under industry benchmarks
- Improve ROAS within 30–60 days
