The Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketing + SEO Specialist to own paid media and search across all Company accounts — a combined technical role covering both live ad spend and organic search growth.

What You'll Do

- Manage paid media (Google/Meta ads) — budgets, targeting, bidding, creative rotation — across all accounts

- Own SEO — technical, on-page, and local — across all accounts

- Prepare performance data/inputs for client reporting, coordinating with the Analytics Station team

Must-Haves

- 3+ years managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) with real budget responsibility

- Working SEO knowledge — technical audits, on-page optimization, local SEO

- Comfortable managing live campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously

- Based in or willing to relocate to Porvorim,



Goa — full time, in-office

Nice-to-Haves

- Google Ads/Meta Blueprint certifications

- Experience with Performance Max or similar automated bidding tools

- Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, or similar SEO tools

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
