About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our advertising agency team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a positive understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on client objectives and budgets.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and audiences.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google advertising features, policies,



and best practices.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns.
- Good understanding of campaign analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience working with an Advertising/Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Candidates who are currently based in Thrissur or willing to work from Thrissur are preferred.
