Looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who's obsessed with D2C, Meta Ads and scroll-stopping video creatives.

Flashreach.io is a performance marketing agency for D2C brands. We work with 40+ D2C brands across beauty, fashion, footwear, jewellery, home and food, and we run Meta, Google, Shopify CRO and AI-generated creative under one roof.

⏳ 3–6 month paid internship, converting to a full-time role based on performance

What you'll do

- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for real D2C brands with real budgets
- Break down winning ads: hooks, angles, formats, and why they convert
- Write creative briefs and scripts for UGC, statics and video ads
- Produce AI videos and images (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney and whatever launches next week)
- Understand how creatives feed audience signals to Meta: how the right hook, product demo or persona helps the algorithm find buyers in broad targeting
- Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate and hold rate,



and turn them into the next round of creative tests
- Research competitors in Meta Ad Library and spot trends early

You're a fit if you

- Know D2C inside out and can tell a good ad from a bad one in 3 seconds
- Understand Meta Ads basics: campaign structure, Advantage+, broad vs interest targeting, pixel/CAPI, creative testing
- Get why creative is the new targeting
- Have played with AI video/image tools and can share what you made
- Can write punchy hooks and ad copy
- Are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
- Move fast, take ownership and don't wait to be told

Bonus: you've run ads for your own store/page or a brand, you edit short-form video (CapCut/Premiere), or you know Shopify.
