Performance Marketing Manager Company: Cosma Fertility Location: Noida | On-site Experience: 3 - 5 Years Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can own both performance marketing and brand communication at Cosma Fertility.

Fertility makes FertiGen, a CDSCO-approved non-hormonal fertility support device developed at IIT Bombay. We are Forbes India listed, a National Startup Award winner, and a Prix Galien India Top 3 nominee.

Key Responsibilities Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads end-to-end, including campaigns, targeting, budgets, and optimization. Plan and execute lead generation & Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns. Generate high-quality leads for Sales, Telecalling, and BDE teams.

Manage and optimize landing pages, funnel pages, lead forms, and conversion journeys. Track key metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversions, lead quality, and ROAS. Handle large advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.

Coordinate with Creative/Design teams for ad creatives, copies, and campaign requirements. Work closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Prepare weekly performance reports and campaign insights.

Ensure digital marketing activities align with healthcare advertising guidelines and brand communication.





What Were Looking For 3 - 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

Experience managing approximately ₹315 lakh/month in ad spend.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, pharma or other restricted advertising categories. Robust hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads. Ability to write ad copies, create briefs and work closely with creative teams. Understanding of CRM, lead quality and conversion tracking. Strong focus on CPA and qualified lead generation.

You have only worked on reporting without owning ad budgets. You have primarily handled strategy while execution was managed by your team. Your focus is mainly on reach and impressions rather than acquisition and conversions.
