Code to Couture is a fashion-focused digital marketing agency managing performance marketing for over 40 Indian designer labels. The organization delivers full-funnel Meta and Google advertising campaigns for leading fashion and D2C brands, encompassing audience development, awareness building, and conversion-focused retargeting and sales campaigns.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Code to Couture is expanding its Performance Marketing team and is seeking two Performance Marketers with proven expertise in managing e-commerce advertising accounts.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Performance Marketing, the successful candidates will take end-to-end ownership of Meta advertising campaigns for a portfolio of designer label accounts, while contributing strong Google Ads capabilities to support the organization's expanding cross-channel strategy.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position requiring daily, active management of campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns, including awareness, add-to-cart, retargeting, bottom-of-funnel purchase, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, for e-commerce clients.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, campaign optimization, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and ad copy to improve campaign performance.
- Build and optimize audience segmentation and retargeting funnels based on individual brand requirements.




- Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams for campaign-specific ad copy and creatives.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
- Identify underperforming accounts and work with the Team Lead on corrective strategies.
- Stay updated with Meta and Google Ads developments, e-commerce advertising trends, and fashion/D2C consumer behaviour.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with e-commerce accounts.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including campaign structuring, audience building, retargeting, budget management, and A/B testing.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining budgets and timelines.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Experience in the fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or D2C sector is preferred.
- Good understanding of ad copy and experience coordinating with Creative and Content teams.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively within a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing WhatsApp advertising campaigns.
- Exposure to influencer or affiliate performance marketing.
- Familiarity with GA4, e-commerce tracking, and attribution.
