About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Manager to oversee client campaign performance and internal processes. The role involves tracking KPIs, managing budgets, preparing performance reports, identifying gaps, and working with account, creative, and digital teams to drive better results.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and optimize digital, social media, advertising, and e-commerce campaigns.
- Set KPIs, benchmarks, and performance goals.
- Track budgets, campaign delivery, and key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
- Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate with creative and digital teams on improvements.
- Monitor website and e-commerce performance and conversion journeys.
- Support CRM setup, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and automation.




- Coordinate and support quick-commerce marketing initiatives.
- Train and guide team members on performance, KPIs, and optimization.
- Manage multiple clients and projects while ensuring timelines and quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, advertising, social media, or an agency environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Experience in e-commerce and email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation.
- Understanding of quick-commerce marketing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, CRM and reporting tools is preferred.
