Role Description The Performance Manager is a full time, in office role based in New Delhi, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving team and project performance across web, print, and activation projects. This role includes setting performance metrics, tracking KPIs, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.

The Performance

Manager will collaborate with team leads to identify skill gaps, plan and deliver training, and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines. Daily tasks include coordinating resource utilization, managing performance review cycles, aligning project outcomes with budget expectations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.



The role also involves communicating performance insights clearly, facilitating feedback discussions, and contributing to strategic planning to optimize productivity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Effective communication skills for presenting insights, facilitating feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in performance management, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and implementing improvement plans.
- Background in training and coaching team members to enhance skills, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.
- Budgeting skills to align performance objectives with financial targets and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Prior experience in a creative, design, or IT services environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with performance tracking tools, spreadsheets, and reporting software.
