We are hiring an experienced Penetration Tester / Cybersecurity.

Specialist for a full-time remote role in India.

Location: Remote India

Preference: Candidates based in Madhya Pradesh

Salary: 50,000 to 3,20,000 per month, depending on experience and practical skills

Working Hours: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on penetration testing across web applications, APIs, networks, servers, and systems.
- Identify, validate, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities in authorized environments.
- Conduct reconnaissance, enumeration, exploitation, post-exploitation, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and pivoting.
- Research CVEs, security advisories, exploits, and emerging vulnerabilities.
- Analyze and validate scanner findings manually.
- Work on CTF-style challenges, labs, adversary simulations, and internal security exercises.
- Develop scripts and automation for penetration testing and security research.
- Use AI/LLM tools such as DeepSeek, OpenAI Codex, GLM,



and similar platforms to assist with security research and automation.
- Prepare explicit technical findings and remediation recommendations.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong practical, hands-on expertise in penetration testing and cybersecurity.
- Strong experience with Hack The Box, TryHackMe, CTFs, labs, or similar environments.
- Practical knowledge of lateral movement, privilege escalation, post-exploitation, and pivoting.
- Strong understanding of web, API, network, Active Directory, and system vulnerabilities.
- Good knowledge of CVEs, exploit analysis, vulnerability research, and attack techniques.
- Experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Nuclei, Metasploit, ffuf, BloodHound, Impacket, and similar tooling.
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex security problems.
- Must be located in India.
- Must have a reliable system with at least 16 GB RAM and stable internet.

Preferred Qualifications
- CEH, OSCP, or equivalent cybersecurity certification/background.
- Strong Hack The Box, TryHackMe, or CTF profile.
- Bug bounty, responsible disclosure, cybersecurity research, or vulnerability research experience.
- Active Directory and red-team experience.
- Experience creating security automation or custom tooling.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted cybersecurity workflows.
- Candidates based in Madhya Pradesh will be preferred.
