Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the emergency room.

- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate support and intervention.

- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to assess and prioritize patient needs.

- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.

- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately.

- Educate and support families, addressing concerns and providing guidance on care plans.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace for both patients and staff.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.

- Participate actively in emergency drills and continued education to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical documentation and records.
