Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in various departments including general medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, gynecology, and obstetrics.

- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess the health conditions of children.

- Offer emotional support and guidance to both children and their families, ensuring a comforting setting.

- Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

- Participate in emergency care situations, providing immediate and efficient support.

- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in line with hospital protocols.

- Educate families about the child’s health conditions and necessary post-discharge care.

- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
