Position: Payroll Executive

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive who can independently manage the complete payroll process for approximately 500 employees and ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing and salary generation for 500+ employees.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, overtime, incentives, arrears, leave adjustments, and other payroll components.
- Handle PF and ESI compliance, including monthly calculations and challan generation.
- Generate and maintain PF/ESI challans and ensure timely payment and submission.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and statutory documentation.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related queries and reconciliation.
- Prepare payroll reports and MIS as required.
- Resolve employee salary and payroll-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee compensation data.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience in handling payroll for 500+ employees.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
