The Gist

TASC is looking for a payroll consultant to run monthly payroll for its internal staff across the UAE and KSA. This is a remote, contract engagement for someone who already knows SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll and can take ownership of the cycle from the first month with minimal ramp-up.

Payroll processing

- Run monthly payroll for UAE and KSA internal staff on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll

- Process inputs for joiners, leavers, transfers, salary revisions, allowances, overtime, deductions and leave

- Run pre-payroll and post-payroll checks, variance reports and reconciliations before sign-off

Compliance and statutory

- UAE: WPS file generation and submission, end-of-service gratuity, leave salary and final settlements

- KSA: GOSI contributions, Mudad/WPS submission, end-of-service advantages under Saudi Labour Law and final settlements

- Keep payroll aligned with changes in UAE and KSA labour regulations

Reporting and controls

- Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations for Finance

- Maintain accruals for gratuity and leave liability
