Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Pattern Master specializing in structured pattern making for Couture, Western Wear, Lehenga and Bridal Wear.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of pattern development, garment construction, fitting and draping, with the ability to convert designer concepts and sketches into accurate, well-structured garment patterns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop structured patterns for couture, bridal and high-fashion garments.
- Create patterns from designer sketches, concepts, measurements and references.
- Develop patterns for Lehengas, Bridal Gowns, Corsets, Bodices, Jackets, Blouses, Dresses and Western Wear.
- Handle complex silhouettes, structured garments and intricate garment construction.
- Develop basic blocks, working patterns and final production-ready patterns.
- Execute draping and pattern development for couture and bridal silhouettes.
