Role Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate Patient Care Executive to support patients enrolled in therapy programs by guiding them on medication, adherence & program advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls - Enrolment, follow-ups & medicine delivery confirmation
- Educate patients on dosage, administration, side effects & storage
- Collect & verify patient documents and maintain records in CRM/Excel




- Coordinate with Pharma field force & supply chain team for timely dispatch of FOC medicines
- Track AWB, confirm receipt & resolve patient escalations
- Prepare weekly MIS reports for Pharma clients as per SOP

What We Need:

- 1-4 Years exp in Patient Care / Healthcare Admin / Pharma Support
- Excellent communication & counselling skills
- Good in MS Excel & reporting
- Patient-centric mindset, attention to detail
- Knowledge of PAP / Pharma process will be a plus
