Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3–5 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: USA Business Hours / US Client Support Shift Position: Permanent Key Skills - Tanium With SCCM / Automox – Patch Management

- Tenable / Rapid7 – Vulnerability Management
- CrowdStrike / SentinelOne – Endpoint Security
- TruOps / Cyberfusion – Risk & GRC
- Okta / CyberArk – IAM / PAM
- ITSM, Excel, dashboards & reporting Responsibilities - Execute patch deployment across enterprise endpoints and servers
- Troubleshoot patch failures and compliance gaps
- Support monthly, emergency & out-of-band patch cycles
- Track patch compliance, remediation and SLA status
- Coordinate with infrastructure, endpoint security and vulnerability management teams
- Maintain documentation,



reports and compliance evidence Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in Patch Management, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Cybersecurity Operations, Experienced in Tanium with SCCM/Automox.
- Positive Experience OS like Windows/Linux/macOS patching
- Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management and Incident Management
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work USA hours from Hyderabad Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
