Education and Work Experience Requirement:

Preferably ITI Diploma, Min- Intermediate

05 Years of Experience in Egg/Dairy Processing industry as a pasteurizer operator.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for pasteurizer operation, monitoring of PRP/OPRP/CCP, cleaning (CIP/COP) & maintenance.
- Assist in repair and maintenance of process & pasteurizer equipments/instruments.
- Keeps/maintains the process and pasteurizer logbooks, equipments cleaning & service records.
- Troubleshoots, repairs & maintains the pasteurizer and CIP systems.
- Adhere to all work-site safety rules and regulations.




- Operates and controls the pasteurizer through SCADA and ensure uniform quality product is produced which conforms to the specifications & generates very less re-work.
- Conducting routine check and de-dusting of the process & pasteurizer equipments/instruments.
- Responsible to ensure cleanliness in pasteurizer area. Ensure all the program/procedures/practices are followed & executed effectively.
- Identify & communicate production bottleneck in order to maximize production capacity.
- Ensure FSMS is followed at all levels in manufacturing process and Products meet required specifications and legal standards.
- Any other responsibility/task assigned by the Assistant Lead/lead production as and when required.
