We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our team for the following positions: Customer Service Executive Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests professionally.

Maintain call records and follow standard operating procedures. Customer-handling or BPO experience is preferred. Basic computer and email proficiency.



RCM Executive – US Healthcare Work on US healthcare revenue-cycle processes.

Handle claims follow-up, denials, payment posting, AR, eligibility, authorizations, or related RCM activities. Communicate with insurance payers and resolve claim-related issues. Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards.

Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM is required. Knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, denial management, AR follow-up, and insurance verification.

Experience working with US shifts will be an advantage The job is for USA shifts from 7:30 PM To 3:30 am IST.
