Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Paediatric Physiotherapist based in Bharatpur.

The Paediatric

Physiotherapist will assess children with developmental delays, physical disabilities, and movement challenges, and design individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills, strength, balance, and coordination. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, documenting clinical assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, educators, and counselors. The role also involves guiding and training parents and caregivers on home-based exercises, participating in case discussions, and contributing to awareness and education initiatives related to child development.

The Paediatric

Physiotherapist is expected to maintain high clinical standards,



adhere to ethical practices, and support both in-center and program-based interventions.

Qualifications

- Professional qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, preferably with specialization or experience in Paediatric Physiotherapy.
- Demonstrated skills in pediatric assessment, treatment planning, and execution of therapies for developmental delays, neuromuscular conditions, and orthopedic issues.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with psychologists, special educators, speech therapists, and other professionals.
- Effective communication and counseling skills to educate and support parents, caregivers, and teachers in implementing home-based and school-based interventions.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation, using standardized assessment tools, and following evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
- Capacity to engage children with empathy, patience, and creativity, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly therapeutic environment.
- Prior experience in pediatric or developmental therapy settings is highly beneficial; relevant licenses or registrations as required by local regulations.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, training programs, and organizational initiatives focused on child development and inclusive education.
