Job Summary:

Responsible for packaging material testing, development, validation and quality support to ensure packaging performance, product compatibility and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct testing, validation and production trials for packaging materials.
- Develop and maintain packaging specifications and technical documentation.
- Handle packaging quality issues, RCA, CAPA and field complaints.
- Evaluate packaging samples and support recent supplier/alternate source qualification.
- Conduct transportation/stability and field validation trials.
- Coordinate with vendors, QC, Production, Procurement and internal teams.
- Review packaging artwork and support print approvals.
- Maintain packaging master/inspection data in SAP.

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors in Packaging Technology or relevant discipline.

Experience: 2–6 years in Packaging Development/Testing/Quality, preferably from FMCG, Chemicals, Paints, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals or related manufacturing industries.
