Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Operation Theater, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and standards.
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile workplace.
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment prior to procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and condition during surgery, providing emergency support as required.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.
- Document all clinical activities and patient information accurately in the medical records.
- Support the post-operative recovery of patients, providing guidance and care as needed.
- Maintain a high level of communication with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
