Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing the operation theatre for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
- Support the surgical team during operations by providing necessary instruments and materials.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them appropriately and ensuring safety measures are in place.
- Monitor and maintain the sterile field to avoid contamination during procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the operation theatre.
- Assist in the post-operative care and transfer of patients to recovery rooms.




- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to surgical procedures and inventory management.
- Participate in emergency support activities as required, ensuring readiness for any urgent surgical interventions.
