Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the operation theatre.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Ensure that all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and prepared for procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in their condition.
- Maintain a sterile setting in the operation theatre to prevent infections.
- Manage and document patient records and clinical documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless surgical operations.
- Provide emergency support and interventions as needed during surgeries.
- Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery.
