What will your role look like

- Lead functional implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules across enterprise environments.
- Drive end-to-end implementation for Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules.
- Perform business process analysis, requirement gathering, and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Write and manage Fast Formulas to support complex HR business requirements.
- Participate in solution design discussions, testing, and deployment activities during implementation cycles.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to AIM and OUM implementation methodologies.

We would like you to bring along

- Minimum 12+ years of overall experience with at least 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business HCM modules.
- Minimum 4 implementation experiences as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules.
- Experience writing and configuring Fast Formulas.
- Strong understanding of AIM and OUM implementation processes, phases, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
