Role & responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional appearance of the store
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Assist customers with frame selection, lens options, and fitting as needed.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff including sales executives and optometrists.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience in optical retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Positive knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frames.
