Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, lead teams, monitor performance, and ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel, team management, communication, reporting, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
- Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve business targets.
- Monitor team productivity, performance, and KPIs.
- Prepare and analyze MIS and operational reports using Advanced Excel.
- Handle data, reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and operational targets.




- Report operational performance and key updates to management.

Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of overall qualified experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling/team management.
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in operations, team management, MIS, or process management will be preferred.
