- Assist machine operators in daily production activities.
- Learn machine operation and production processes.
- Follow instructions given by the Operator and Supervisor.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the work area.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures.
- Check basic product quality as instructed.
- Report machine or production issues to the Supervisor.
- Support the production team as required.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of machine operation.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good discipline and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience is not mandatory.
