WE’RE HIRING | OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD – NDR & LOGISTICS

? Experience: 3–5 Years | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to manage the NDR/Operations team and oversee NDR, RTO, courier coordination, reconciliation and COD remittance.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the NDR/Operations team; assign daily tasks and targets.
- Monitor team performance, NDR resolution %, RTO %, delivery success and daily targets.
- Track, assign and follow up on NDR orders until delivery/closure.
- Maintain NDR/RTO reports with reasons, status and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with Delhivery, Shiprocket, Ecom Express, Xpressbees and other courier partners.
- Follow up on delayed, pending and disputed shipments and escalate unresolved issues.
- Monitor courier-wise/city-wise NDR & RTO performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS, sales and operations reports.
- Reconcile dispatched, delivered, RTO and lost shipments and resolve discrepancies.




- Track COD remittances and follow up on pending/short payments with courier partners.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance, Warehouse, Dispatch and Customer Support teams.
- Monitor RTO/reverse pickups and customer escalations.
- Maintain NDR/courier escalation SOPs and suggest process improvements.
- Identify performance gaps and provide team guidance/training.

? REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of NDR, RTO, COD & e-commerce operations.
- Team handling/leadership experience.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & MIS.
- Strong communication, analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Experience with courier aggregator platforms preferred.
