Operations Manager

Location: Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Managerto build, manage, and expand a network of Business Associates (BAs) across different locations in Kerala.

The role primarily involves identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing Business Associates who can represent and promote the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source suitable candidates for the Business Associate role.
- Recruit, onboard, and convert potential candidates into active Business Associates.
- Identify individuals with positive networking and communication skills who can represent the company's products and services.
- Coordinate and maintain regular communication with Business Associates.
- Support Business Associates with onboarding and basic operational requirements.




- Monitor the performance and activity of the Business Associate network.
- Support business development and team expansion initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Business Associates.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, recruitment, business development, team building, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate sourcing and networking abilities.
- Ability to identify and convert suitable people into Business Associates.
- Strong relationship management and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work across different locations when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
