Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day home therapy operations and bookings.
- Coordinate with therapists for availability, assignments, schedules, and sessions.
- Onboard and manage therapists, including document verification and training coordination.
- Ensure therapists follow Soulthing's SOPs and service standards.
- Handle customer queries, rescheduling, cancellations, and operational issues.
- Monitor therapist performance, punctuality,



customer feedback, and service quality.
- Build relationships with societies, gyms, hospitals, doctors, and local communities for business partnerships.
- Coordinate local on-ground activities and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Track operational metrics such as bookings, completion rate, cancellations, repeat sessions, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify operational problems and create processes to improve efficiency.
- Maintain operational reports and share regular updates with the management team.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, healthcare, home services, hospitality, or a startup workplace .
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with customers and field partners.
- Good problem-solving and execution abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to handle on-ground operations when required .
