nLocation: Bangalore

nExperience: 5–8 years

nIndustry: Experiential Marketing / Events

nWhat you’ll be responsible for:

n• End-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations and experiential projects

n• Vendor sourcing, negotiations and coordination across fabrication, production, AV, logistics, manpower and other event requirements

n• Preparing project costings, evaluating vendor quotations and managing budgets

n• Venue recce, location scouting and coordination of venue requirements

n• Managing production schedules, logistics, permissions and event timelines

n• Collaborating closely with Client Servicing, Creative for seamless execution

n• Ensuring quality, timelines and smooth on-ground delivery





n• Troubleshooting and managing last-minute operational challenges effectively

nWhat we’re looking for:

n• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Experiential Marketing / Event Operations

n• Robust vendor management and negotiation skills

n• Good understanding of event production, fabrication, AV, logistics and costing

n• Solid planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities

n• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

n• Willingness to travel based on project requirements

nPrior experience in the Experiential / Events industry is essential for this role.
