Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating inventory, logistics, and supply chain activities.

The Operations

Manager will manage vendor relationships, optimize processes, and implement best practices to support efficient manufacturing and distribution. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, sales,



and finance, to align operations with business goals. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to scale the brand effectively.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong skills in process optimization, production planning, and workflow management.
- Ability to manage inventory, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Competence in data analysis, reporting, and using operational metrics to drive decisions.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and basic food safety or regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities, including people management and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced, growing startup environment and being hands-on on the production floor.
