HOTEL MANAGER – NAKSHA TREE HOTELSJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee hotel operations, lead teams, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth management of multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties.
- Coordinate and monitor Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B;, and other departments across properties.
- Ensure consistent guest-service and operational standards across all locations.
- Monitor occupancy, room availability, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Drive room sales, upselling, revenue generation, and occupancy.
- Monitor OTA bookings, pricing, availability, and guest reviews.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate hotel staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and performance across properties.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor daily revenue, expenses, cash handling, and operational costs.
- Review P&L;, revenue, occupancy, and operational reports with management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties, rooms, and facilities.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly management reports.
- Coordinate with management on business strategies and operational improvements.
- Take responsibility for the overall operational performance of assigned properties.

Mandatory Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling multiple hotel properties is mandatory.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
- Previous experience in a Hotel Manager / Operations Manager / Cluster Manager role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and overall hotel operations.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of PMS and OTA platforms.
- Understanding of hotel revenue, occupancy, P&L;, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel between properties and work flexible hours.
