Role Summary The Operations Manager directs all project execution, supply chain logistics, and resource management across the company. You will manage a portfolio of multiple residential or commercial interior projects. You supervise and guide Project Managers to ensure that every site meets quality standards, timelines, and profit margins.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership &

- Oversight over Project Managers

- Manage, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers to boost their daily site performance.

- Review project schedules, milestones, and deliverables submitted by Project Managers.

- Resolve escalated site conflicts, labour shortages, or client issues that surpass a Project Manager's authority.

2. Operational &

- Process Efficiency

- Standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for site execution, snagging, and handover across all projects.

- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like rework/snag costs, project delivery times, and gross profit per site.

- Optimize resource sharing (labour, tools, and specialized subcontractors) between different project teams.

3. Financial &

- Budget Control

- Approve large Bills of Quantities (BOQs), vendor contracts, and material procurement budgets.





- Monitor company-wide project financials to ensure total costs remain under budget and profit goals are met.

- Implement cost-control measures to minimize material wastage and rework expenses.

Chain &

- Vendor Management

- Build and manage relationships with external contractors, fabricators, and raw material suppliers (woodwork, glass, MEP, and HVAC).

- Coordinate with the internal procurement team to ensure timely delivery of high-end finishes and furniture pieces to sites.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business Administration.

- Experience: 8–12 years of total experience in interior fit-out or construction, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple projects and teams.

- Core Competencies:

- Deep understanding of interior construction practices, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and material finishes.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

- Solid financial acumen (budgeting, BOQ auditing, and variance analysis).

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
