About UP Frame LLP

UP Frame LLP is a rapid-growing video editing and motion design agency working with brands, startups, and creators across India and internationally. We're looking for an organized, proactive Operations Manager to run our day-to-day workflow — keeping the team on track, bringing in new business, and making sure every client gets a great final product.

What You'll Do

- Assign daily tasks to editors and track progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Identify and reach out to potential leads/clients (outbound calls, follow-ups)
- Call and speak with potential clients to pitch UP Frame's services and close deals
- Review edited videos for quality and coordinate revisions/fixes with the editing team
- Act as the point of contact between clients and the editing team
- Keep track of ongoing projects, deadlines, and team workload
- Report daily/weekly progress to the Founder

What We're Looking For

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in operations, coordination, sales,



or a similar role (agency experience preferred)
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Confident on phone calls — comfortable pitching and speaking with clients
- Basic understanding of video editing/content (you don't need to edit, but should know what "good" looks like)
- Self-starter who can manage a team and hold people accountable
- Based in or near Malappuram, Kerala

Nice to Have

- Experience in a creative agency, marketing agency, or content studio
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets/Trello/Notion for task tracking
- Prior experience in lead generation or client outreach
