We are hiring an Ops Intern whose main job is lead calling and conversion. Daily ops still matter, talking to leads and turning them into customers.

You do need to be comfortable on calls, organised with follow-ups, and curious enough to make messy work cleaner.

What you will do

- Lead Calling & Conversion: Handle inbound leads generated on Website, call users who have shown interest but have not converted, explain our product and it's benefits, resolve queries and objections, conduct timely follow-ups, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Own the rest of daily ops: coordination, tracking, and making sure nothing slips after the call
- Keep tools, sheets, and workflows current so the team can actually use them
- Document processes as you go (short, usable notes)




- Flag blockers early and help unblock them
- Support execution: research, outreach prep, vendor/tool follow-through
- Suggest small improvements when you see repeated pain

What you need

- Comfortable calling leads and pushing for a conversion — not just logging the attempt
- Comfortable with tech: Google Workspace / spreadsheets, and picking up new SaaS tools quickly
- Transparent communication on calls and in writing
- Organised, reliable, independent
- Bias to action
- Comfortable in a hybrid (mostly remote)
