Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head Hospitality & Catering Operations to lead and manage large-scale hospitality and catering operations. The role will be responsible for operational excellence, team leadership, customer experience, cost control, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end hospitality and catering operations across multiple locations.
- Manage daily operations, service standards, and operational efficiency.
- Drive revenue, profitability, productivity, and cost-control initiatives.
- Develop and implement SOPs, operational policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and service.
- Lead, train, and develop large operational teams.
- Monitor manpower planning, staffing, and workforce productivity.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Track operational KPIs, budgets, MIS, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Kitchen, and Business teams.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and improvement measures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, food safety, and company requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Hospitality, Catering, Food Service, QSR, Hotels, or related operations and Industrial Catering.
- Proven experience managing multi-unit or large-scale operations.
- Strong leadership, people-management, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of P&L;, budgeting, cost control, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel and manage operations across multiple locations.
- Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification preferred.
