Operations AssociateRise Up Kombucha | Mumbai | Full-time | Immediate Joiner

Rise Up Kombucha is growing — and we’re looking for someone who can keep the machine running.

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Associate to take ownership of our daily order fulfilment, packing, dispatch, deliveries and inventory.

This is a role for someone who likes getting things done, is extremely organised and can make sure every order gets from our warehouse to the customer accurately and on time.

What You’ll Own? Orders & Packing

- Manage all incoming D2C, HoReCa and retail orders.
- Coordinate picking and packing of orders.
- Ensure every order is packed correctly and ready for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate order records and ensure nothing gets missed.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve order discrepancies.

? Dispatch & Logistics
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches.
- Coordinate with courier partners, delivery partners and transporters.
- Prepare dispatch lists and required documentation.
- Track every shipment until it reaches the customer.
- Solve delays, failed deliveries and other logistics issues.

? Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes.
- Work closely with riders, drivers and logistics partners.
- Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve issues.
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team whenever required.
- Maintain records of completed, pending and failed deliveries.

? Inventory & Stock
- Take complete ownership of finished-goods inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Track inward and outward stock.
- Monitor packaging materials and operational supplies.
- Track batches and expiry dates.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
- Minimise breakage, wastage and stock discrepancies.

? Operations & Reporting




- Maintain daily operational reports.
- Track orders, dispatches, deliveries and inventory.
- Share weekly operational updates with management.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve operational processes.
- Build simple systems and SOPs that make the business more efficient.

What We’re Looking For Experience: 1-2 years

We’d love someone who has worked in FMCG, food & beverage, D2C, e-commerce, logistics or warehouse operations.

You should be

- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Extremely reliable and accountable
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup
- Good at coordinating multiple people and vendors
- Solid with Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- A practical problem solver
- Hands-on and willing to get into the details
- Good at communicating with teams, customers and logistics partners
